Accenture is hiring FRESHERS for Commerce Graduate profile
Must have a valid passport.
Graduation: Preferably Commerce, but not BE or equivalent tech education.
Shifts: Must be open for Night Shifts
Salary Range: Basis skill set / education / work experience, but will not exceed 11K take home.
Skills: Experience in MS Office & Typing skills would be an added advantage. BPO exposure will be a bonus.
ERP Exposure: Exposure to any ERP’s (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc) would be useful.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Experience : 1 to 2 yrs
Qualification : B.Com,M.Com
Location : Chennai

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Assigned and accountable for Sales Order Processing Functional areas of responsibility / deliverables
· Responding to SOP specific queries, resolving issues in the daily business activities
· Ensuring that performance service metrics are met & in time
· Seeking advice and escalating issues which are beyond scope of work
· Co-operation with supervisors & process champions to improve processes & deliver higher quality service
· To ensure compliance with business policy, contractual requirements & standard accounting procedures
· Participating in the continuous improvement programme
· Other duties as stipulated by the supervisors.
