1) Category Manager / Buyer- Lingerie & Nightwear
Job Description:- Proven track record in creating and buying a range for lingerie and nightwear; Will have a commercial eye for forthcoming trends and strong sales figures to prove it.
- Managing the OTB, will work alongside the merchandise planning team to ensure spend is budgeted and planned in detail.
- Will have good relationship building and negotiating skills and have the ability to develop and maintain a strong supplier base. Experience in dealing with off shore suppliers is key.
- You will have strong product knowledge across Lingerie, Nightwear and Westernwear.
- Ideate, develop and own category development strategies including brand & private label strategy.
- Manage category buying and planning within the set organizational objectives on inventory, margin and sales throughput norms.
- Develop category promotion strategies, own and execute promotions closely with digital marketing to deliver promotion objectives within allocated budgets.
- Manage sourcing of international brands keeping brand relevance and organizational business objectives for positioning, sales and margins.
- Build cross-functional rapport across operations, marketing and customer support teams to foster healthy working relationships and delivering key cross-functional organizational objectives.
- Co-ordinate and work closely with the visual merchandising & content management teams to provide merchandising inputs.
- Manage product availability and go-live on site as per business plans & deadlines to meet organizational objectives.

Job Description:- Manage end-to-end quality audit, control and assurance processes.
- Conduct periodic and consignment audits to ascertain quality standards and clear consignments.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing process and machinery to ensure implementation of quality assurance processes and third party vendor locations
- Set expected standards in packaging and product quality and ensure adherence.
- Ability to define quality standards as per product category and ensure compliance to delivery company expectations on product quality.
- Monitor final inspection and packaging processes to ensure all products meet company defined packaging and quality norms.
- Identify gaps in current quality systems and processes as well as implement requisite standards to deliver against expectations.
Desired Profile:- Experience in quality control of recognised global or domestic brands.
- Managed quality process for womenswear or lingerie as a category in export house/ buying house or renowned brands/ retailers.
- Willing to travel on short notice to vendor locations if need be, to audit and manage consignment clearances.

- Ability to manage global vendor base to meet monthly sourcing requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Awareness and experience of audit and quality management systems in apparel manufacturing for ensuring product quality.
- Work independently as well as manage a team of sourcing managers spread geographically to deliver/source required merchandise for private labels.
- Direct connects with OEM vendors for manufacture intimates and westernwear.
- Deep knowledge on products including fit, fabric, finish & trims primarily used in Intimates & Womens westernwear.
- Understand vendor management best practices, product costing methodology.
Desired Profile:- Experience sourcing intimates or westernwear for renowned brands or in Buying houses.
- Experience in vendor negotiations & product costing methodology.
